On Thursday evening of June 9th, Dr. Donna Cozort presented her newly published book: Our of the Whirlwind: PTDS & The Archetype of Job, for the Allen Library's Bach to Books speaker series. After her presentation, Dr. Cozort had a book signing. The distinguished guests included Tuskegee Airman Calvin Spann and his wife Gwenelle shown in the photograph below.

Mr. Timbs,
It was my pleasure to be in Allen last Thursday evening to visit our
daughter, and to attend Dr. Donna Cozort's lecture on Jungian analysis.
In taking a complex theory of analysis and relating it to the treatment
of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Dr. Cozart made the subject relevant
and engaging to a diverse audience.
My husband and I are pleased that our daughter and son-in-law chose
Allen as the place to buy a home and raise their family. We appreciate
last Thursday night's opportunity to come out and enjoy a presentation
that was certainly a credit to the city of Allen and its fine library.
